In an ever-evolving Architectural, Construction and Sustainability landscape, the need for proficient consultancy and Project Management Integration and Services, strategic project integration, collaboration among various stakeholders has become paramount. Till date most of the Architectural and Construction projects are based on fundamental framework of predictive project delivery methods and with not so complete project life cycle analysis. Most projects, due to this traditional approach face challenges similar to poor contract drafts, general estimation on cost and project schedules. Some do not factor in congestion cost analysis, proper risk evaluation and having resources that align with required skills to deliver quality for projects. Improper evaluation and disintegration of key factors by traditional method lead to dissatisfaction at the end of project as new challenges and requirements do not sustain the actual reason they were undertaken for.
